Names And Space try to make it easy for  you to transfer your domain name

       registration to or from our servers.
  Please bear in mind that there
     are a number of different processes to follow, depending on the top level
                       domain that you are using.

   Some other ISP’s treat transfers away from themselves as low priority, and some
     will even charge you a release fee.
  
You should allow around 10-20 working days (or even longer if the dmain name ownership or billing status is in dispute)

Transferring domain names to Names And Space from another provider:
In order to kick the process off, you will need to fax a letter, on company
headed paper, to your existing registrar.

The process is different for each top level domain...

For .co.uk names
 1. Download this file requesting your ISP transfers the domain name to our TAG
   (APPLIEDCONSULT). We will then be able to control your domain once the
     transfer has taken place.
     2. Follow this link to purchase the registration of your name with Names And
       Space, together with any hosting you require.

For .com, .net & .org names
1. If your name is registered via Network Solutions download this file requesting
     your ISP to transfer the name to Names And Space after being contacted by
       us, via Network Solutions.
2. Where your domain name has been registered by another registrar, you may
     have been given username and password access to a control panel associated
       with your account. In this case, you can simply change the name
         servers to ours:
                                         ns.namesandspace.co.uk
                                         ns2.namesandspace.co.uk

3. When you have completed 1 or 2, follow this link to purchase the registration of
       your name with Names And Space, together with any hosting you require.



Transferring domain names from Names And Space to another provider:
Please fax this letter to us on letterheaded company paper. Please ensure that all information is correct (you may need to ask your new ISP from some of the required information) and allow up to 10 days. We will not enter into any discussions about transfers until 10 days have elapsed, and cannot proceed with transfers under instruction from an agent or another ISP (instructions must come from the domain owner directly) or if any payments are outstanding. Refunds will not be made for any unused services.
